Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS. Most orders ship First-Class or Ground Advantage. Heavier orders (multiple items, bundles, dog gear) may ship via USPS Priority Mail for speed and reliability. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at launch — we'll announce when that changes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Use it at usps.com to follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up after the expected delivery window, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a description of the issue (photos help for damage claims). We'll work with you to make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pack Tactics is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately — we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
