Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags still attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't guarantee receipt of a return we can't verify was delivered.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exclusions — No Returns On:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

Defective or Wrong Item?

If we sent you the wrong item or something arrived defective, that's on us. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement and provide a prepaid return label — no hassle.
